Die Mannschaft war absolut unprofessionell. Anstelle nach Lösungen zu suchen wird gejammert und erklärt, was alles nicht machbar ist. Die Möbel sind ja schließlich auch irgendwie in die Wohnung gekommen, aus der sie nun abtransportiert werden sollten.
Für 3,5 Stunden Arbeit wurden 1.100€ verrechnet, die sofort in bar (wenn es nach der Firma gegangen wäre auch noch im Voraus) zu bezahlen wären.
Auf der Homepage der Firma werden günstige Preise versprochen. Danach ist jeder Handgriff extra zu bezahlen. Das Umwickeln eines Kleinmöbels mit billiger Folie aus Plastik kostet dann40€ pro Stück. Als Schwermöbel über 60kg gilt nicht nur eine Waschmaschine sondern alle Kästen auch wenn sie bei Weitem keine 60kg wiegen.
Die Mannschaft war absolut unfähig einen LKW optimal zu beladen sondern erklärte, nachdem 7 Möbelstücke eingeladen waren, der Wagen sei nun voll. Erst nachdem wir selbst umgepackt hatten, ging dann doch noch mehr.
Ich würde diese Firma niemals wieder beauftragen und kann jedem, der einen Umzug plant nur abraten, die Umzugsretter zu Hilfe zu rufen.
Was hier läuft ist reine Abzocke. Geholfen wird hier nur der Firma, der Kunde ist reines Mittel zum Zweck und wird auch genau so behandelt. Ich hatte nicht den Eindruck, dass ich es hier mit Profis zu tun habe. Für gute professionelle Arbeit bezahle ich gerne. Das war aber hier leider absolut nicht der Fall.

It was only after we had repacked ourselves that we could do more. I would never hire this company again and would advise anyone planning a move not to call the movers for help. What's going on here is pure rip-off. Only the company is helped here, the customer is purely a means to an end and is treated in exactly the same way. I didn't have the impression that I was dealing with professionals here. I am happy to pay for good professional work. Unfortunately, that was absolutely not the case here.
